Transition
Our new transition arrangements continue for another 5 days, with children registering in their September classes for the whole week. Literacy and Maths sets will also begin so that the children have an understanding of next year’s routine before they leave for the Summer holidays.
We have found the children to be very positive about this experience so far. They have been glad to spend time with new teachers and classmates and we hope that this will allay any concerns that may have been present in the past. The teachers are also gaining a good understanding of the abilities and needs of the children they will be teaching in September so that they can really personalise the learning from day one of the next academic year.

End of year reports and levels
End of year reports will be sent out on Friday 18th July. These will include the SATs results for Year 6 and the end of year levels for children in Years 3-5.

School Dinners
As we approach the end of the school year, all dinner monies must be up to date and all arrears must be cleared by Monday, 21st July. Arrear notes will be sent out every week and where possible an email will be sent with the amounts owed. We are currently owed £576.50 for unpaid dinners. Thank you.

Best wishes,

Miss Sheila Harrison
Headteacher
