Children in Need Day – this Friday, 15th November
Please remember to wear pyjamas, onesies or something spotty to school on this day. Teddies are very welcome for the day too and bring a minimum of 50p to donate to charity.
If you can provide any cakes for the café please bring them into school on the morning of the
15th November. The café will run from 3pm onwards. Any money raised will be split between Children in Need and Millie’s Trust. Millie’s Trust is aimed at raising awareness of paediatric first aid and was founded in memory of a 9 month old girl who died from a choking incident at her nursery just over a year ago.
We hope to see you there
Deadline for photograph orders is Thursday, 14th November 2013.
Morrisons’ “Let’s Grow” Vouchers
These vouchers have now stopped being issued, however we have until the end of November to collect them up and send them in for processing. Please could you have a look at home and send in any vouchers you may have lying around by Monday 25th November? Many thanks.
This event raised a massive £520. Thank you to everyone who attended – there were some amazing costumes! Also a huge thanks to Katie Greaves for organising the whole evening. We really value the events that the Friends’ of Nevill Road put on – remember all the proceeds go back into school to the benefit of your children.
Bramhall Art Competition
Please ensure that any entries for the Bramhall community art competition need to be handed in at the office by Friday 15th November. We will then arrange for them to be delivered to the organiser.
3rd Bramhall Scout Group (Beavers) caters for 6 – 8 year olds and meets on a Monday night between
6.00 – 7.15pm. Beaver Scouts enjoy making new friends, playing games, going on visits and helping others. Sometimes they organise sleepovers, which take place in the scout hut. They also join in the District organised events. Contact the Beaver Leader –
Frances Kimm on 0161 440 0837 or email – email@example.com to join the group.
