Attendance
Please remember that school starts at 8:50am with registers closing at 9am. Any child who arrives after 9am will have that session marked as an “unauthorised absence” and this WILL impact on their overall attendance figure for the term. The office staff work from 8:30am until 4pm (3:30pm on a Friday) and there is an answerphone at all other times so that you can leave a message regarding any absences.

Music Concert
All children who are in the choir or band or play a musical instrument in school should have brought home a letter regarding the music concert on Thursday evening.
Please return ticket slips as soon as possible so that we can send out tickets.

Year 3 recorder concert
On Wednesday 22nd July the Year 3s will perform to parents at the start of the day. Due to fire restrictions we can only offer 2 tickets per family. A letter will be coming home later in the week with a slip to return for tickets. If there are any spare we will let you know.

Summer Fair
A huge thank you to everyone who attended the summer fair last Friday. There was an amazing turnout and a lovely atmosphere. None of this would be possible without the help of the Friends of Nevill Road and I would like to extend enormous thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make it such a success.

Transition drop off and pick up arrangements
For the rest of this week and next Monday and Tuesday our new Year 3s need to be brought to the Year 3 playground to come into school at 8:50am. They will be collected from the Infant school at the end of the day.
Our new Year 4s need to be on the main playground in the morning but will be collected from the Year 3 playground.
Everyone else will come into school in the morning from the main playground and will leave that way at the end of the day.
