In November the entire school turned up in pyjamas, onesies or something spotty to raise money for Children in Need and Millie’s Trust.
There was a minimum donation of 50p each and the money was equally split between Children in Need and Millie’s Trust. After school there was a café which also raised money.
We asked Miss Whittle what she thought about charities and she said “I think it’s important to raise money for charity because there are so many people in the world that are less fortunate then us and a little money can make a huge difference.”
We also asked her if she could set up a charity what would it be and she said “I would set up a club to help disabled children to make friends and have fun.”
Everyone enjoyed themselves and would like to do it again.
